▶Objectives
The project addresses labor market challenges faced by youth providing them career guidance activities, focusing on discovering their talents and skills, strenthening their employability skills. It aims to create a network of specialized youth workers to deliver career counseling programs equipping them with proper methodologies and tools. The ultimate goal is to improve youth employability, increase life satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of life in Europe on a long-term basis.
▶Activities
Path to Success project considers activities that involve the development of intellectual outputs based on innovative methodologies and gamification in career guidance field. The competencies and knowledge from developed results will be transferred to youth workers with the help of a training programe during a Training Course. Equipped youth workers will pilot the training programe and methods organising local activities and workshops for young people.
