Enhance the capabilities of youth workers and trainers by providing standardized materials and expanding the pool of competent trainers. Improve access to knowledge and teaching methods, especially for young people with fewer opportunities, enabling them to engage in educational activities currently unavailable to them. Motivate young people to actively engage in democratic processes through debate methodology, empowering them with critical thinking and communication skills.
