Stories that heal strengthens the capacities of more than 9,200 youth organizations and youth workers to reach and include disabled people (youth and others) and young people with fewer opportunities in youth work as mental health ambassadors in the field of prevention and destigmatization of mental health among young people.
โถActivities
The main activities implemented will be international and national training for youth workers to understand the mental health of young people and the activation of ambassadors to implement pilot local activities for young people based on a methodology with gamified tools and a social marketing campaign.
โถImpact
The key results of the project are: A social marketing campaign with which we want to raise awareness at least 150,000 youth workers, organizations and young people about the importance of mental health. Development of a methodology (handbook) using gamified tools (playing cards, choice path comic, support tree) to support the empowerment of youth organizations and workers in the field of mental health, the power of personal confessions and the inclusion of different forms of disabled people.
