KVAK addresses 3 critical areas that are lacking in the education of youth workers: i) safe and effective feedback delivery, ii) care for vulnerable groups, and iii) appropriate attitude towards participants. KVAK has two general objectives in the 3 critical areas: a) to standardise the practices of youth work b) facilitate the education of youth workers KVAK has 3 priorities: development of quality youth workk, digital transformation, and inclusivity and diversity.

We will organise 3 international events for a minimum of 79 participants and at least 20 national events with a total of 600 participants, therein we will work with participants to develop and test materials, gather feedback, which will be used to improve the final results. We will write a manual, create 3 tests, design 5 text exercises, and produce 30 videos with exercises, accessible on a web platform integrated into the existing tool database and equipped with a competency recognition system.

The results of the project will be: a) manual with a ethics guide; b) online interactive exercises for self-learning; c) digital badges for progress tracking and recognition; d) web platform that will centralise content; e) translations of selected content (manual, code, exercises). Testing will yield feedback. The project will enhance and digitalize work with young people, facilitate the education of mentors, and create a more inclusive environment.
