Objectives

Our objective is to make vocational education and training more interesting and attractive to our present as well as potential students. We would like to adapt to new trends in labour market and provide a high quality education and training by updating and innovating school curriculum in the field of coding, programming, the use of CNC machines and 3D printers. Our intention is to popularise science and technology and make our students aware of their benefits and use to promote sustainability.

Activities

We are going to implement transnational and local activities to promote vocational education and training and remember significant days in the field of science and technology. We are going to prepare interactive materials to teach and traing coding, programming, the use of CNC machines and 3D printing and use them in different subcets in the field of vocational education and training. Our students are going to apply the lessons learnt through preparing and organising peer to peer activities.

Impact

We expect tangible as well as intangible outcomes. The first ones will be the project logo and website. During the project lifetime we expect to design and pilot vocational activities locally and internationally. Students will make an application and website using coding and programming. CNC machines will be used to produce bee hives and bird houses. Chess sets will be designed and printed by 3D printers. Students will develop their key competences and they will get ready for a labour market.
