โ–ถObjectives

*To empower youth workers with coaching competencies *To enable local activities in partner realities, to improve career choices and pathways *To establish sustainable coaching practices to empower disadvantaged youth towards solution-oriented mindsets, and ownership of own personal and group development processes. *To Advocate for the recognition and validation of youth coaching as a method to work on social inclusion

โ–ถActivities

* Six international trainings, 3 in person and 3 virtual, concerning the growth of youth coaching competencies from scratch until empowerment to train others on this theme. * 4 productions including 2 manuals, 1 research on Social Coaching Competence Framework, and a documentary to showcase content and process. * 5 local piloting activities where coaching will be delivered to locally disadvantaged youth groups.

โ–ถImpact

We expect to have 20 coaches to be trained internationally, who in turn will coach minimum 150 local participants from marginalised backgrounds and will in turn train minimum 50 in using coaching tools. To document this process by creating apt manuals on the envisaged content, as well as to formulate the Youth Coaching Competence Framework for future references. All based on the content and approach unrolled in six international learning activities both digital and in person.
