Objectives

-Using innovative methods and approaches in education to develop innovative, entrepreneurial, and digital skills in vocational education related to electric vehicle technologies, -Strengthening digital integration in learning and teaching by producing digital learning materials (e-books and educational videos) and making them freely accessible, -Increasing equal opportunities by providing disadvantaged groups in vocational education with equal learning opportunities, -Supporting internationalization and global alignment by using a common target language and technical terminology among partners, -Accelerating the transition to Industry 4.0 and digital transformation applications in the field of electric vehicles, -Contributing to energy efficiency, reducing fossil fuel use, and promoting environmental protection by promoting electric vehicle technologies.

Activities

-A management and monitoring committee was established and remote meetings were held. -An opening meeting was held in Malatya, Turkey, with the participation of partner institutions. -Survey studies were conducted with a total of 90 participants in Turkey and Romania. -The survey results were analyzed by 5 associate professors and 1 doctoral student, and a needs analysis report was prepared. -Modules were defined and virtual learning environments were created. -The 4 determined training modules were prepared in Turkish, English. -A Technical Terms Dictionary was created in Turkish, English, and Romanian. -At the meeting held in Romania/Bucharest, the modules were evaluated and training videos were determined. -Module videos were filmed, reviewed, and 51 videos were published in virtual environments and integrated into the modules. -The E-Learning Platform was planned, developed, and launched. -The platform was introduced at a meeting held in Malatya, Turkey, and dissemination activities were planned. -Dissemination activities were implemented and their results were evaluated. - Sustainability, monitoring, final report, and closing meeting processes were discussed, and the closing meeting was held. - The final report has been sent

Impact

* A multilingual (Turkish, English, Romanian) technical terms dictionary was prepared. * A needs assessment survey was conducted with a total of 90 people in two countries, and an Needs Analysis Report was prepared by academics. * Four training modules were written in Turkish and English. * A total of 51 training videos were prepared for the modules. * An e-learning platform was prepared. * A project website was prepared. https://evta40.com/ * A project channel was opened on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/@ElectricVehicles4.0 * A project page was opened on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/evta_40/ * A project area was created on Google Drive. Project materials and documents were shared. * The Erasmus+ Project results were registered in the database. * Dissemination materials (press releases, newspaper and digital media news, flags, banners, posters, brochures, roll-up banners, presentations, project logo, etc.) were prepared. * Dissemination activities were carried out to share project outputs and materials with vocational education students, apprentices, vocational trainers and master trainers, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and organizations affiliated with chambers of industry in all partner countries.
