โ–ถObjectives

This project aims to create a platform by simulation method,where the students of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences from different countries come together virtually and work as a different function of a virtual organization.Within this project,itโ€™s also aimed to increase the self-competences,decision-making skills,language abilities,knowledge,experience,managerial skills of the students.Through the simulation,the students will gain the necessary skills needed in the global market.

โ–ถActivities

Every partner will choose 20 students, and teams of 5 students will be formed,each from a different country,representing a different function of an organization.The main role of every team is to manage the virtual textile factory and give decisions according to the given scenarios.But first,they will receive theoratical education on "Introduction to Business."Pre-test/posttest will be done during the curriculum.The students,through the simulation,learn how to overall manage an organization.

โ–ถImpact

The most important result of this project will be to have more confident and experienced students who'll have the necessary skills and abilities needed in the global market,at the end of the curriculum.The characteristics of human resources needed in the global market is changing and this project aims to help the students gain those characteristics needed in the real world.Also,new friendships and connections would be formed for future collaborations.
