โ–ถObjectives

Teachers' social inclusion knowledge and skills are still problematic, especially concerning vulnerable students. Our project's objectives include improving educational practices through innovative tools, promoting inclusivity, enhancing professional development through peer observation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a lasting positive impact on education.

โ–ถActivities

The project involves the development of 15 observation tools in 7 languages, the creation of a digital learning platform (DLP) focused on social inclusion, school leadership, peer observation, and professional development. The project will conduct diagnostic observations at 18 schools. It will analyze 360 teacher and 75 leadership tools, create 18 school-based Professional Learning Plans (PLPs), and implement 54 PLP activities in 18 schools. The project aims to host an international conference.

โ–ถImpact

The project aims to achieve multiple outcomes, including the creation of a comprehensive DLP for social inclusion, leadership, observation, and development. It will provide multilingual access to materials, develop educational videos, and improve teaching practices. Schools will implement PLPs, and the project will facilitate transnational collaboration and research dissemination. These outcomes promise long-term improvements in education.
