Our partnership will work on preventing global climate change and food-bread waste, which is a worldwide problem. The priority of our project was determined as the development of various competencies regarding environmental sustainability within the scope of environmental awareness and combating global warming. Our main goal in this project is to prevent this waste and increase food safety. Additionally, getting closer to the zero food waste target will reduce the carbon footprint.
