The primary objective of this project is to create an inclusive online vocational training platform, integrating AR and VR technologies to foster a rich, interactive learning environment for the hearing-impaired. By developing standardised sign language tools and fostering industry partnerships for apprenticeships and job opportunities, we aspire to empower the hearing-impaired individuals with necessary vocational skills, thus facilitating their seamless integration into the labour market.

We anticipate a standardized sign language framework, industry-specific vocabularies for vocational training, and an e-learning platform integrating AR & VR technologies for an immersive learning experience tailored for hearing-impaired learners. Additionally, a robust assessment and certification system will validate acquired skills, while multiplier events will broaden reach. Collaborative efforts will strengthen partnerships, enhancing educational opportunities and labor market integration.
