▶Objectives
The fundamental basis for this project proposal rests on three empirical reasons: 1) Assessing the causes and consequences of smartphone addiction among high school students, 2) Combating problematic smartphone usage, 3) Increasing awareness among young people about smartphone addiction.
▶Activities
To reach the objectives of the project we will implement three main activities. First will be project management activity including financial management, sustainability, quality assurance and evaluation strategy. Second is about Investigation of the problem and needs, including the design of a scientifically based methodology, desk research, and in-depth interviews. The third one is to design and implement a pilot training model in three separate countries through various educational materials.
▶Impact
The project outcomes include the development of a research methodology aimed at uncovering the causes and consequences of smartphone addiction among young people.Additionally, the project seeks to devise solutions for addressing this addiction. Solution is based on the development, implementation, and feedback collection from pilot training programs. The potential impact of implementing the project is to raise awareness and consciousness among young people regarding problematic smartphone usage.
