We want to improve the quality of life of older people all over Europe. Their numbers are increasing and they want to grow old in familiar surroundings. To make this possible, innovative housing models are needed in rural municipalities, as this is where the demand is highest. These projects must be community-led. We are therefore training process facilitators who can facilitate municipal processes and qualify citizens so that they can develop, implement and manage the housing models themselves.
