โ–ถObjectives

The main aim of the planned DiMa project is to find ways to better sensitise and train young, marginalised people in VET for inclusion and diversity, and how VET professionals can be supported and trained to promote diversity and inclusion in their daily work with the target group. Developing a new approach to and raising awareness of diversity will promote inclusion, acceptance, and mutual respect for all people among the project's main beneficiaries and further societal participation.

โ–ถImpact

The DiMa project will envisage the following results for the VET sector: - a Transnational Report raising awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion - a Toolbox providing easy-to-use activities supported by a Series of implementations - a Strategy Paper providing a transnational approach to achievements and recommendations - a broad Sharing & Promotion Campaign making the project visible to the public and stakeholders - four transnational work package meetings - one LTTA in Spain
