Bots4Business aims to upskill VET practitioners through a participatory approach with SMEs to redesign work processes and offer training on relevant and applicable AI models. B4B will present a range of differentiated industrial approaches on AI transition(s) through sectoral business cases that will help inform SMEs on how best to transfer AI knowledge internally. We will create a robust, fit-for-purpose CPD intervention for VET professionals on the theme of AI adoptions addressed to SMEs.

Bots4Business partners will undertake the following activities: 1. Needs assessment and validation process to inform the B4B Curriculum Framework 2. Content development to design an SME training package including a MOOC for Workforce Skills 3. Training and implementation activities at national & EU level 4. Events and campaigns to promote B4B project results 5. Policy shaping actions based on the evidence & experience gathered through the B4B project

The project will achieve the following concrete results: 1. Design and develop a new SME Training Package that addresses the needs of European SMEs and their employees 2. In-service training programme for VET Professionals 3. Create a Business Case Library and Transition Pathways for SMEs 4. Commission a policy paper that maps the experience of SMEs in order to contribute to the policy debate on AI at national and EU level 5. Train 66 VET professionals & reach 200 companies across Europe
