Objectives

Little attention is paid to women entrepreneurs a few years after the launch of their entreprise, during the critical development phase (generally after 3 years) when they need to call on new skills if they are to envisage sustaining their activity. Several objectives have been set to address this issue: - Supporting growth and sustainability of these businesses - Empower these women to develop a profitable micro-business - Strengthened the partner's capacity to better support these women.

Activities

In a concrete manner, we will develop activities addressing the issue identified and in a view to better equipped the women that run a micro-business to support its sustainable growth and earn a decent wage. The activities are: - development, testing and implementation of a transnational training programme - communication and dissemination activities in order to reach out a wide range of stakeholders - organisation of a Dissemination Conference and a Business Fair.
