Objectives

Our institutions are faced with a population that represents a challenge for school retention: socio-economic obstacles, negative previous educational experiences, linguistic and cultural barriers, difficult use of new technologies, etc. The aim of our project is therefore to improve the learning climate in our adult training institutions, to limit the risks of dropping out thanks to techniques inspired by practices that promote the physical and psychological well-being of learners.

Activities

To identify wellbeing techniques, empower our learners on the subject and raise awareness among teachers/staff members, we will develop the project in 4 phases: - Field observation and identification of stress-related problems encountered - Exchanging good practices and highlighting techniques and strategies as sustainable solutions - Implementation of introductory session for teachers and staff members, implementation of a "wellbeing week" targeting students - Creation of an awareness video

Impact

We will achieve the following results: - Better comprehension of the learners specific challenges when studying in our institutions - Enhancement of support practices and transfer of 5 good practices in each partner institutions - Improved learning climate by focusing on techniques easily applicable to our learners profiles - Empowerment of our learners to pursue their learning journey - Better support provided by our teaching/staff members.
