Construction companies must shift their mindset towards embracing the circular economy. Linear2C intends to place the construction sector in a circular economy path through the design of accurate micro-credentials, with their model and assessment rules to guide their validation; good practices checklist; specific training to companies on management circular economy and an App that gathered the results on a serious game approach.

Linear2C activities will include the design of a micro-credentials catalogue on circular economy topics tailored for different education levels; the model and criteria for assessment and validation of the micro-credentials within the catalogue; the training of trainers in the catalogue; a compilation of good practices to foster a change in companies mindsets by a dynamic checklist; the design of a management training and the development of an App to support the transition to circularity.

The project foresees to produce: 1) A micro-credentials model 2) A catalogue of micro-credentials in circular economy (short training contents organized by topics) 3) A system to assess and validate the micro-credentials 4) Report on circular economy good practices 5) A checklist with good practices on circular economy 6) 1 App called L2C (Linear to Circular) 7) Training of Trainers Programme and contents on the micro-credentials catalogue 8) Circular economy management training program
