The main objective is contributing to a more social just early childhood education. Early childhood teachers seem not to possess the necessary antibias competences to provide this; and support is lacking in Europe. We’re addressing this gap in research as well as practice by supporting by designing an innovative professional development program in antibias competences with video-coaching as the main training methodology and deliver an accompanying toolkit and data on impact of these products.
