▶Objectives
SilverEdge is a dynamic initiative committed to promoting workforce inclusion of older adults. Through authored online resources on a dedicated e-platform, the project aims to empower mature adults 55 +, ensuring that they thrive in today's dynamic job market and entrepreneurship landscape. It also supports trainers and mentors of old learners/job seekers or entrepreneurs. Through international collaboration, we aim to enrich our project with cross-cultural perspectives & enhance capacity.
▶Activities
We will: 1. create an E-learning platform; 2. develop learning content in a digital form for two courses: for adult 55+ learners & for trainers/mentors/coaches and integrate AI practices for job finding and mentorship; 3. test the functionalities of the E- platform and courses in a Pilot and Training Activity in FR to ensure that the platform is user-friendly, efficient, and effective in delivering the intended training and support; 4. hold 2 onsite TPM in BG and PT; 5. disseminate results.
