Aims are: - to create tools for VET educators, and VET learners which consist of non-formal digital learning possibilities; - to expand the offer of high-quality courses and increase participation through effective awareness, orientation and motivation strategies for groups of VET learners; - to build a holistic framework and a replicable training model to manage the adoption of new skills among VET staff members of the organisations and low-skilled workers/learners.

Partners are going to share these activities: - Creation of a Tool for improving the Non-formal VET digital learning opportunities; - Creation of a Guide for VET staff members + managers related to funding the training initiatives; - Realisation of 2 international meetings in PL as in IT for the management of the project and for meeting sister experiences; - Dissemination of activities and results in PL and IT to give evidence of the realised results.

The project will have an impact / will provide results, on: - VET and adult educators will use tools with digital non-formal learning opportunities, oriented to flip the normal classroom; - the creation and the project design of further interesting and relevant learning opportunities for VET; - the realisation of a mentoring programme for low-skilled adults; - the experimenting the possibility of implementing Tools and Results in the VET institutional curriculum.
