▶Objectives
Our goal is to fortify stakeholders in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) with strategic, operational, and innovative skills via comprehensive workshops and training sessions. We aim to foster sustainable growth and robust networks within the CCI sector, promoting sectorial development, cultural enrichment, and collaborative learning, contributing to the vibrancy and resilience of the industry.
▶Activities
We will conduct Kick-off Meeting; Final Partner Meetings for planning; a Comprehensive Impact Analysis for project assessment; engage in Knowledge Diffusion and Stakeholder Engagement activities; perform an In-Depth Sector Analysis and Tool Development; create a CCI Digital Interaction Hub for hosting digital resources; and conduct four workshops that will involve an intensive session where the participants will be exposed to the comprehensive strategies developed during the project.

We anticipate results, including enhanced entrepreneurial and management skills among CCI sector professionals; a robust digital platform hosting pivotal resources; a comprehensive e-handbook with sector-specific insights and practical tools; enriched inter-partner collaboration and knowledge exchange; a widened impact radius via effective dissemination and outreach activities; and a fortified foundation for sustainable sector advancements, thus contributing to the long-term CCI sector i EU.
