▶Objectives
The overall objective of Green2Grow project is filling in the skills gap in tourism ecosystem, related to green transition and development and introduction of sustainable practices.The wider purpose is to create a better environment, which will generate favourable impacts on the characteristics and qualities of tourist areas, thus making them more attractive for tourists, more enjoyable, cleaner, healthier, and determining positive effects on economic results, job creation, and overall growth.
▶Activities
Green2Grow will elaborate and pilot agile, innovative and practical training programme on green-skills and provide train-the-trainers to DMOs representatives with the purpose of generating significant favourable impacts on environment preservation. The training programme will based on initial deep reaserach and analysis of the European wide background on challenges, available good practices, further back uped with survey on the skills gaps and needs.

- a detailed basis of know-how, knowledge, information, and data - obtained detailed information on the skills gap in the tourism sector, specifically focused on DMOs obligations and commitments and elaborated roadmap to skills development. - elaborated training pathway, including training programme, training materials, - increased capacity of DMOs trough provided training of trainers and thus – extended impact to also local community and tourism business
