We will evaluate the impact of this event on the trainees using KOLB’s Experiential Learning Cycle. The trainees will then support 60 employers, 48 neurodiverse participants Month 15 - Month 21. We will create a Website APP for matching employers with those on the neurodiverse spectrum.
