▶Objectives
The project aims to increase the quality of education in the field of coaching and to expand the offer in adult education across the board with a basic online coaching course. The lecturers of the partner organizations Akademie Libchavy (CZ) and Sea solutions (SK) will innovate their programs based on the exchange of experience. Employees will acquire new skills in the field of creating educational video materials and together create a publicly available online course "Coaching for life."
▶Activities
The project will be implemented in four successive phases. 1. We learn from each other: mutual internships on the programs of partner organizations. 2. We expand our expertise and skills: we learn to edit, produce and create video lessons using drawing, illustration and storytelling, involving multiple sensory channels. 3. Coaching for life: we create an online course for the public. 4. Bringing the course to life: publication, promotion.
