The goals of the project are to broaden practical skill set and expertise of European surgeons, promote their networking/creation of long-term professional connections bridging different experience levels and motivate undergraduate students to follow surgical specialisation post-graduation. These will be achieved by realisation of practical and theoretical activities described below. The project results would be shared with medical students and professionals worldwide on a project platform.
