Objectives

The project responds to the importance of climate education and the lack of training courses and materials for educators on this issue. In the project we want to use the potential of nature gardens for climate education. The aim of the project is to create a training course for garden educators. The second aim is to create a high quality educational kit containing a manual (with educational lessons), three educational tools and one educational video.

Activities

In order to achieve the objectives of the project, we will use the cooperation of the partners involved to jointly develop the training course methodology and the training kit, which will be partly helped by international partner meetings. We will pilot the training course in each participating country, and the training kit will be tested by educators in all participating countries.

Impact

The project will result in a detailed pilot-tested training course methodology and a detailed and graphically adapted training kit (consisting of a manual, three training aids and one training video). Dissemination activities will be an integral part of the project: international online conferences, national conferences, garden pedagogy days and further dissemination of the project results through articles, newsletters or social media.
