β–ΆObjectives

TWOPAC aims at improving the holistic problem-solving skillset of industrial & organizational psychology master students in Europe, as many I/O psychology graduates face strong competition when entering the job market and lack the skills on integrating their knowledge into well-formed and evidence-based recommendations for action. By building upon students’ excellent analyzing skills, we will help introduce assessment report writing as a crucial tool to develop holistic problem-solving skills.
