SUSTAIN-A-WAVE aims to transform water sports into a new learning space for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) through integrating competence development and a design-based collaborative learning approach. By enhancing the capabilities of staff in water sport clubs and adult educators to integrate water sports with ESD, the project aims to establish an effective method for engaging adult learners in sustainability education while fostering a greater sense of environmental stewardship.
