Educational activities on food appreciation and a sustainable approach to food are strengthened transnationally by means of multilingual materials, in particular a travelling exhibition. Training courses and workshops will enable interested parties to implement educational formats. This raises awareness of the environmental impact of global food consumption and encourages participants to reflect and act more sustainably in Europe.
