Objectives

"Re:birth - sustainable future of textile consumption thought empowerment of woman" main aim is to develop set of methodology and best practices for adult education to address the consequences of unsustainable and excessive textile consumption detailed set of methodology, empowering woman in vulnerable situations, "thinking locally and acting" in European level, bridging communities in Guimares, Portugal and Berlin, Germany.

Activities

Accompanied by well planned project management, Monitoring evaluation and leadning (MEL) process, project consists of A1 kick-off meeting, A2 prototyping methodology for engagement, empowerment, enivornmental awareness and creativity, tailored to the needs of the target groups, A3 sharing experience and best practices, A4 participative process of preparing project results and A5 multiplying event - a Fashion Show and presentation of the project results, using opportunity to gather feedback.

Impact

Tangible results: -designing learning groups for new skills, participation, - documentation of the project process and methodology in shareable formats, - video-diaries - collection of best practices and project success stories - multiplying event Amongst others, we expect enhanced cappacities of the participating organisations, partners, educators, stakeholders,as wel innovation in methodology to address topics of environment, fashion, sustainable consumption, empowerment of the target groups.
