▶Objectives
In the first activity, detailed entrepreneurship information was provided to adult educators. In the second activity, virtual entrepreneurship was explained in detail. In the third activity, adult educators conducted research, and a digital virtual entrepreneurship guide was prepared in English as a guide. In the final activity, a Digital and Green Marketing course program was also prepared in English as a common language for training students at our institutions. The new academic year of our institutions began in September 2025. Thirty students from Berlin, 45 from Izmir, Turkey, 20 from Vaslui, Romania, and 12 from Helsinki, Finland enrolled in the first round of training. Our course program includes topics on how to create a digital marketing platform and how to use social media in this regard. Our goal is to train at least 500 disadvantaged students from four countries within one year. Our project supports entrepreneurship education in its own right. By learning and teaching green marketing and green skills, we will contribute to the green economy and environmental sustainability.
▶Activities
In the first activity, implemented in Germany, participants received entrepreneurship training from trainers from the association. Based on the information they received, groups generated business ideas and practiced creating a business plan. In the second activity, trainers from the association in Türkiye provided virtual entrepreneurship training to participants, explaining the conditions and advantages of working from home. Using the information they received, groups practiced creating a virtual entrepreneurship business plan. They grasped the connection between the Green Economy and entrepreneurship. In the third activity, adult trainers in Romania, under the guidance of an IT specialist, worked on developing one of our project outputs, the Virtual Entrepreneurship Guide. In the final activity, adult trainers in Finland developed a 30-hour Digital and Green Marketing course program in English. Each partner translated and published the program in their own language. Cultural tours were organized in all four countries, and participants were introduced to cultural heritage by visiting important tangible artifacts.
▶Impact
The project produced two main intellectual outputs: a Virtual Entrepreneurship Guide and a 30-hour Digital and Green Marketing Course Program. Created in collaboration with educators from Germany, Turkey, Romania, and Finland, the guide provides step-by-step information on starting an online business, using digital platforms, integrating green economy principles, and developing essential entrepreneurial and green skills. It was designed digitally, translated into common languages, and distributed through websites and social media, ensuring accessibility for disadvantaged adults. The second output, a training program, was developed in collaboration with adult educators and will be piloted. The output addressed topics such as social media strategies, sustainable marketing, investment performance, and working from home practices. Beyond these outputs, the project built stronger institutional capacity, fostered intercultural exchange through cultural trips and study visits, and fostered sustainable collaboration among partners. It is expected to benefit over 500 disadvantaged adult learners next year through local training, increasing inclusivity, employability, and entrepreneurial opportunities in four countries.
