Objectives

Our project aims to empower immigrant women by enhancing their digital skills, employability, and sense of community. We strive to address the digital transformation gap, promote gender equality, and foster inclusion in adult education. Through tailored training and a supportive environment, we aim to equip these women not only with digital proficiency and a supportive community but also with the confidence and resources to thrive in their new communities.

Activities

1. Providing digital skills training for immigrant women 2. Establishing a multilingual interactive web platform that includes valuable resources for digital upskilling and career development. It also allows for the creation of a diverse virtual community where individuals can exchange experiences and best practices 3. Project management, implementation and evaluation activities These activities will equip immigrant women with digital proficiency, job-seeking strategies, and a supportive network

Impact

Immigrant women participating will not only attain advanced digital proficiency and heightened employability, but also experience a boost in self-confidence. Through a dynamic virtual community with useful resources on digital upskilling, we aim to foster an environment of inclusion, and mutual support which will reach to larger audiences in the long term. This, in turn, will contribute significantly to narrowing gender disparities and establishing enduring channels for lifelong learning.
