▶Activities
We will organise four transnational project meetings lasting several days, which will take place in the respective partner countries. 15 people will take part in each meeting. We will exchange expertise, familiarise ourselves with methods and approaches to non-formal education and learn about examples of good practice. We are also planning a pilot two-day digital training course for social service professionals from the partner organisations. The results will be disseminated via various media.
▶Impact
The European exchange will lead to an increase in knowledge among the social service professionals involved and create a common European knowledge base. This concerns not only methodological knowledge, but also awareness of educational disadvantage, poverty, social exclusion and the structures of the educational and social systems in the partner countries. Intercultural competence and the ability to work together transnationally should also be improved.
