The Leaders for Green Economy project, through the cooperation between experts and specialists from a consortium of 5 European countries, has created a successful model, that innovates the potential of VET providers in the creation and implementation of personalized strategies for practical training and intensive mixed training for people with disabilities to empower their GREEN social entrepreneurial leadership expertise.

Researching the profile of Green Leaders delivers a comprehensive report detailing the GREEN Social leader profile. GREEN Leaders Interactive CHARTA development activity creates a tangible result as serves as a comprehensive resource, a real guide to identifying individuals from disadvantaged groups, who aspire to become effective Green entrepreneurship leaders. Innovative Joint Digital Green Leaders activity equips organizations with a powerful tool for empowering Green leaders.
▶Impact
The project will create tools (Charta, e-learning training materials) and possibilities to empower more than 100 young workers including those with disabilities from 5 different countries Germany, Belgium, Italy, Romania, and Slovenia, as green social entrepreneurship leaders. In addition, it brings to the VET community an innovative model of mixed learning and training for people with disabilities and increases the capacities of successful internationalized cooperation of the consortium members
