▶Objectives
The focus is on interdisciplinary dialogue betw. socio-educational professionals from training and studies and professionals from socio-educational practice in ECEC and youth welfare. The aim is to compare the (vocational) education systems in Italy, Spain and Germany. To this end, the topics of digitalisation, internationalisation and professionalisation in vocational education and training will be addressed in an European context and recommendations for training and practice will be developed.
▶Activities
Four 5-day transnational meetings are held with relevant experts in the participating partner countries. The development of the project results takes place in international interdisciplinary expert groups with guiding questions and work assignments formulated in advance. A public expert event is also part of the programme. Between the meetings, regular exchange with the international cooperation partners takes place within the framework of digital dialogues.
▶Impact
Professionalisation and internationalisation in training and studies of future social education professionals in theory and practice is expected based on an action plan developed in the project. The training of new competences is to be documented in a profile for the creation of a Europass CV. In addition, working relationships with partners at regional and European level are to be expanded, thus establishing a network for international exchange.
