The general objective of the project is supporting 50+ workers of the craft sector in greening their skills on the light of the green transition. Concrete objectives to achieve are: - Increased awareness of adult low skilled workers in the craft sector on the importance of be (re)trained for the green-transition - VET trainers of the craft sector get trained on updated processes and tools to support adult low skilled workers in up-skilling processes in line with the green transion

We will implement a set of different activities in order to achieve the expected objectives: - activities for the realisation of guidelines and toolkit (first concrete output) - activities for the realisation of the outreach campaign (second concrete output) - Project management activities - Dissemination activities In these activities we will involve the identified target groups (50+ workers; VET trainers of 50+ workers) and other staff of the organisations.

Project activities will lead to the realisation of two concrete outputs: - Guidelines and toolkit for VET trainers to be used in the provision of specific training sessions with 50+ workers on the upskilling of their green skills - Outreach campaign on the consequence of green transition in the craft sector and the necessity for 50+ workers to undertake specific training on it.
