If successful, the project will enable (prospective) prof. nursing staff to deal with authentic, transnational, workplace-related dilemmas in a more differentiated way by means of online training. The aim is also to bring carers closer to European values such as the ability to engage in discourse, commitment to a strong community, participation and the competent use of digital media, to value inclusion and to experience vocational training that is geared towards the needs of the labour market.
