We empower and support women in Europe with a course on "Female Empowerment" that, in addition to providing feminist education, can help initiate real changes towards greater equality in their lives through body-oriented methods and practical examples. To achieve this, we develop ready-to-use educational materials that can be easily adapted to different target groups and learning needs.
