Adult educators working with migrant learners require tailored and innovative approaches to address diverse learner needs, as outlined in the Commission's Action Plan on Integration & Inclusion 2021-2027. While AI holds promise for enhancing adult education, educators often express mistrust, highlighting the importance of maintaining the human element in teaching. To bridge this gap, a metaphor based on food processes is proposed to facilitate understanding and use of AI tools in education.
