▶Objectives
• addressing MSMEs capacity to attract, engage and retain talents through development of ad-hoc VET curricula for staff well-being and sustainable growth • increase innovation in VET and make the VET ecosystem more relevant to current & future needs of the economy and society, responsive and reactive to job market dynamics and adapted to private sector needs • support VET providers in re-adapting their training offer to changing skills, digital transition, jobs and societies, labour market
▶Activities
• transnational assessment on: MSMEs needs, and training areas of interest, to foster internally staff well-being and competitiveness; VET reactiveness to the current ‘Great Resignation’ landscape • development of ad-hoc and finetuned VET curricula for MSMEs on staff well-being, talent management and sustainable competitiveness • set up of digital warehouse • delivery of the programme in pilot version to 135 targets • consolidation of policy recommendation and guidelines for practitioners

1. identification of training areas of to foster and enhance talent engagement and retention for MSMEs 2. tailored VET programme, and training content, for MSMEs on upskilling and reskilling of workforce, staff well-being, sustainable growth and competitiveness 3. valorisation and validation of the VET training programme: delivery of the training content to 135 targets (MSMEs and VET providers) 4. exploitaition of project’s good practices & takeaways both at policy and practice level
