Objectives

The project LV4WW pursues the overarching objectives of reviving old work virtues, implementing comprehensive organisational developments in SMEs, preparing for the working world of tomorrow and strengthening motivation, a sense of purpose and enjoyment of work. These workplace innovations are intended to make an important contribution to overcoming the shortage of skilled labour and to emphatically promote the innovative capacity, productivity and competitiveness of SMEs.

Activities

Activities to be carried out: Creation of scenarios for the working world of tomorrow Analysing old work virtues & values of Generation Z Development of strategy & funding concepts Development of a digital toolbox for realising workplace innovations in SMEs Development & testing of training for teachers/counsellors of SMEs Development & testing Training and coaching for SME managers Development & testing Training for mentors Transfer of results, implementation consulting & further dissemination
