Design Thinking VET-tailored Manual: Harnessing Design Thinking as a planning tool & management method of market-needed and learner-centred VET offerings. EDUCkathons GUIDE: Conceptualizing a new educational planning tool (EDUCkathons) to provide guidance to organise EDUCation hacKATHONs for VET actors to design & curate innovative VET offerings. Design Circles: Enhancing EDUCkathons and Design Thinking as integrated regular practices within VET providers via practical workshops and webinars.

Through merging design thinking principles (experimentation, gamification, and innovation) with the objectives of VET, the project will transform vocational training into a more inclusive, adaptable, and industry-relevant endeavour. Also, VET actors such as managers & educators who will be exposed to Design Thinking & EDUCkathons will gain enhanced innovative capacity that supports the design, planning and management of future VET offerings that respond to the market needs and demanded skills.
