Foster digital literacy for practical applications in hospitality roles, including VR for immersive learning Develop resilience & emotional strength to support integration. Promote social inclusion through Peer-to-Peer learning & community engagement. Bridge cultural & communication gaps. Create pathways for direct employment
▶Activities
The objectives of EmpowerHer will be achieved through the following activities: Development of “Training Toolkit for Professionals” (PR1) Development of “Profession-Specific Language Training Curriculum”(PR2) Development of Peer-to-Peer Learning and Mentorship model (PR3) LTTA for PR1 and PR2 Implementation of National Workshops/Testing with VET Professionals (160) for PR1 and PR2 Piloting of PR1, PR2 and PR3 with refugee women (120) Organization of Skill-Sharing Workshops and cultural event
▶Impact
The activities will lead to: Training Toolkit and Trainings for VET Professionals with 16 Virtual Reality videos for immersive learning (PR1) Profession-Specific Language Curriculum and Training with gamified elements focused on specific roles in hospitality such as kitchen assistant, stock management assistance, housekeeping and front desk operations (PR2) Peer-to-Peer Learning and Mentorship Model (PR3) ensuring a sustainable experiential learning community and continuous mutual support.
