▶Objectives
The primary reason for the preparation of this project is to contribute to the reduction of carbon footprint in food production, to sustainable food production studies and to the protection of water resources. In addition, in line with the changing needs of the gastronomy sector, we aim to provide hearing impaired people with professional skills that will make it easier for them to find a new or better job. We will provide this with the learning program and learning materials we will prepare.
▶Impact
Our project is dedicated to providing new vocational training opportunities for hearing-impaired individuals with limited communication skills and to formulating sustainable food policies.
