▶Objectives
The project aims to increase the sustainable entrepreneurship competences of future custom tailors and fashion designers and through the project results to offer opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills on entrepreneurship, to foster their entreprenurial mindest and make first practical experiences on company start-up. Sustainable entreprenurial competences are of high relevance, when it comes to the contribution to the 17 SDGs of the UN and thus to shape a sustainable future.
▶Activities
The consortium develops a training concept with five modules to foster the sustainable entrepreneurship competences based on the set-up of a fashion school firm as part of the vocational education and training of prospective custom tailors and fashion designers. These results will be piloted in Turkey, Germany and France and a community of users - consisting of VET schools, non-school educational actors- , who are interested in the exploitation and replication will be set up.
▶Impact
The project produce results,which foster the sustainable entrepreneurship competences of prospective custom tailors and fashion designers and provide methodological-didactical support for trainers, teacher and multipliers on how to use the training concept for own teaching/training, either on a project based basis or within the core curricula of the VET school. The main results are the training concept with 5 modules and the guidelines for teachers/traniers/multipliers on the implementation.
