GREENACTS aims to empower students and teachers from four schools across the EU to combat climate change. It involves four key objectives: integrating climate change into the curriculum, student-led environmental initiatives, cross-cultural collaboration, and community outreach. The project focuses on education, hands-on activities, and community engagement, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to actively fight climate change and foster a sustainable future.

GREENACTS will develop an interdisciplinary climate change curriculum through collaboration among teachers, facilitate student-led environmental initiatives like recycling programs and school gardens, promote cross-cultural collaboration through joint projects and exchanges, and engage local communities with outreach activities including seminars and exhibitions. These efforts deepen understanding and active involvement in climate change issues among students, educators, and the wider community.

GREENACTS will yield significant results in enhancing environmental education and fostering sustainable practices. Key outcomes include the development of an innovative, interdisciplinary curriculum on climate change, heightened awareness of environmental issues among students and teachers, and the initiation of impactful student-led environmental projects. These results collectively contribute to the long-term goal of cultivating a more environmentally conscious and proactive society.
