Working in class always means to deal with various situations that come as a surpise or that happen regularly. This situations can be positive but also challenging for students as well as for teachers. Our aim is to provide teachers with a tool offering strategies to address challenges in our everyday educational environment. By working with examples from pur class rooms we aim to exchange expereinces collected in different countries and provide class teachers with a support for their work.

The project focuses on creating and disseminating an innovative handbook for classroom teachers. It involves project management, handbook creation (research, testing, design, writing, finalization), dissemination, training, and meetings. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance educational practices and empower educators to create engaging learning environments.

The project aims to achieve several results, including the development of a comprehensive handbook for classroom teachers, enhanced educational practices, improved classroom dynamics, increased academic achievement, and strengthened collaboration among educators and students. Through dissemination and training activities, the project seeks to reach a wide audience and facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies.
