Objectives

This project’s aim is for teachers and students to gain valuable insights on the complexity and beauty of scientific practice, through the exploitation of the material culture of science itself, overcoming the unrepresentative image of science usually posed today. By (re)constructing historical scientific instruments they will appreciate the importance of scientific heritage while improving important competences like problem-solving, creativity, collaborative thinking and hands-on skills.
