Loneliness among young people (aged 16-30) has been statistically recorded, and its correlation with disadvantage and poverty has also been proven. But politics, research and educational work for young people in Europe are a long way from being able to provide educational and political, and above all participatory, concepts and offers that lead young people out of loneliness and prevent possible radicalizing and anti-democratic tendencies among them.
